Here's a 5 Fast Facts About Me:
1). I write Young Adult fiction in a small cottage in my Seattle backyard.
2). Sugar Loaf Key in Florida has an abandoned bat sanctuary which inspired Jane's story.
3). I belong to several RWA chapters. I am the past president of YARWA.
4). I love to read! I read about 3-5 books a week including adult and YA fiction and nonfiction. 
5). Middle Grade Stories are my favorite ever since I read "Danny the Champion of the World" by Roald Dahl when I was eight. I still have that book!
